The Black Dahlia Murder "Miasma" album review
I bought this album few months ago and I'm just gonna go through the overview about this album first. Miasma is the second album by American melodic death metal band, The Black Dahlia Murder. Miasma is the only album to feature drummer Zach Gibson, who replaced founding member and drummer, Cory Grady, due to personal issues. The album's title, Miasma, refers to noxious exhalations from putrescent organic matter; poisonous effluvia or germs polluting the atmosphere.
Basically, this album is great. The riffing and some of the soloing are great. This album will always be the favourites among the melodic death metal fans out there. One of my favourite track on this album is "A Vulgar Picture". The riffings in the song are just heavy and very catchy too. Trevor Strnad's vocals are superb. In conclusion, I really recommend you to get this album.
